More Offerings From Garden’s Bar and Grill

As Gardens Bar and Grill gets ready to celebrate its second anniversary in July, owners Cheryl and Sandy McKay have been busy adding new ways to make their patrons feel at home.

Gardens Bar and Grill is in the process of launching catering to add more value to the businesses in the area.

“We are looking for catering to go live in mid-May,” Cheryl said.

But it’s not the only new adventure Gardens is launching! Starting in May, Gardens will have a mobile events bar cart that can be rented for events. There are also plans to expand entertainment, including an open mic, karaoke, and DJs.

“We’re super excited about it,” said Cheryl, who is focusing on hiring and training staff, marketing, and catering while her husband concentrates on the financials and employee scheduling.

“And if that is not enough, we are relaunching our website which will incorporate all these new areas, catering, and our events bar cart for easy ordering and reservations. We also are planning to do holiday catering to homes, businesses, and families in the area starting with Thanksgiving.”

Gardens sponsored the Justin-based Apollo Support and Rescue’s gala fundraiser on April 15 in Keller. That was followed by hosting a Christmas Paws for a Cause for Apollo in December.

The McKays are also scheduled for a summer ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Metroport Chamber of Commerce.
